Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be formally submitted in writing via email to the event organization's official address.
Refunds will be processed according to the following criteria:

Cancellations requested up to 90 days prior to the event: 80% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations requested between 89 and 60 days prior to the event: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations requested between 59 and 30 days prior to the event: 30% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the event: No refund will be issued.
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee within the same category up to 15 days prior to the event, upon formal request submitted to the organization via email at: bariatricchannel@sociedadesonline.com.br
In the event of a no-show, no refunds will be issued for any amounts paid.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event.
The organization reserves the right to alter the scientific program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice. Such changes will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
